Condolence: Dearest Family of Irene,
The shock of seeing her name come up on the passing of Irene today has left me with a very heavy heart. Irene was a Christian friend, a personal friend, and a short trip companion when I was driving to Storm Lake. John and I were honored to have her as a passenger on a trip to Decorah, IA several years ago. The memories we will cherish of Irene are immeasurable. Last but not least are the hours of volunteer work she did at the library. She was still volunteering at the library when I retired. One of her dedicated responsibilities during her years with me was for the Friends of the Library annual 4th of July Flag project. She had her own system of keeping those records for the annual mailing. The hours she provided to the library and the community were more than I could ever imagine. I have lost a special person in my life. John will miss packing some fresh fish for her this year. Our prayers of sympathy to each of her family as you grieve the loss of your Mom, Grandma, extended family and to all of us who knew and loved Irene.
Sincerely, Carolyn and John Walz

Condolence: To the family of Irene Foster, I take this moment to share my cherished memory of your dear mother, she may have been small in stature yet her heart was big enough to share. I have kept each and every homemade Christmas Card with such delicate stitches and my daughter & I will always be grateful for Irene's assistance regarding a wedding quilt a grandmother had embroidered yet had passed away all to soon so Irene was gracious to fill that void in our lives. Irene was a trooper each and every day of her life and expected nothing in return, so Loren & I feel blessed to have known her through Chuck & Diana and thanks for sharing Irene with us. God Bless

Condolence From: QM
Condolence: Please accept my deepest condolences. It’s always a painful tragedy to lose a loved one in death. It saddens us to think that we may never see our loved one’s smile again or hear their laughter again. But God has promised all of us that one day death will not exist and that we will see our dead loved ones again. Revelation 21:4 says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry. nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away." I hope that this brings your family a measure of solace during this difficult time. If you have more questions about the Bible and its promises, please feel free to contact me or visit
