The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ruth Rauhauser can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Grace C Gabrielsen
Condolence: I worked at Lakeside Lutheran Home with Ruth. She was the best Bath Aid they every had. Very gentle. Too bad when they put Diane Sidles in her place. It ended up we had to give our own. She was missed when she retired. Her house was always so neat. When I would drive by her house I would look to see if her TV was on at night. Her brother and sister just passed away a few months ago so she is up in Heaven talking with them. My prayers go out to David and Neal and family members. She was proud of her grandchildren.

Condolence: Aunt Ruth, What is there to say but such a loving lady, wife, and mother. Her and Bob took me in as a little baby while my Dad was out running around doing the military thing. I will say that I do not remember those days being a baby and all but I do know the times when our family visited Bob/Ruth and family when I was older and they were always happy times with great food and company. My heart goes out to Ruths' family at this time. May God bless you all and carry you through at this time.

Condolence: Aunt Ruth was an amazing woman! She and mom were not only sisters, but best of friends. They took care of each other! I remember as a kid always spending time in Graettinger at the Rauhsuser home climbing trees and watching the cows, but best of all Aunt Ruth made great snacks! Now mom and Ruth can share time together in heaven!! Lots of love!
